I have spent the last 15+ years working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies spanning from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast. Before I jumped headfirst into a corporate career, I spent close to a decade working as a commercial fisherman in Alaska. In between fishing trips, I worked as a framer and finish carpenter building custom homes. Learning and working in the trades instilled a strong work ethic and the value and meaning of a hard day’s work. I took that work ethic and drive and turned to corporate life. The transition from the trades to the corporate world was not easy, but I quickly realized that the basic end game was the same. Strategize, formulate a plan, deliver results, reach your goals, scale, and grow – rinse and repeat. I took this basic concept and began customizing and fine-tuning the approach for each organization based on its vision and needs. I enjoy what I do because each client interaction is different, and I can gain experience, grow, and improve our product offerings for future engagements.
